The Helpline is a highly effective, evidence-based tobacco quitting program available by phone to Oklahoma residents.  Funded by the Oklahoma Tobacco Settlement Endowment Trust, this service was developed to provide FREE tobacco quit assistance and/or resource information, while allowing convenience and anonymity.

Services

A free Tobacco Quit Kit tailored to the callers needs in English or Spanish.

Five free phone counseling sessions with the same skilled tobacco quit specialists who can provide:

  • customized quit plans

  • skills training and problem-solving

  • support for those first time and relapse quitters

  • tobacco quitting guides

  • support for pregnant smokers and smokeless tobacco users

  • support for loved ones of those who are trying to quit

The specialists can also provide assistance to health care providers who are seeking information about nicotine replacement therapy
