Immunizations
 

The purpose of the Immunization clinics is to provide the eligible citizens of Oklahoma City-County with immunizations against vaccine preventable diseases. Clients should bring their most current shot record (if available) and children should have a parent/legal guardian present for consent for immunizations. Clients having had a fever or severe illness in the past 48 hours should delay immunizations.

Immunizations for DTaP, Td, MMR, HIB, Polio and Varicella are available at the following times and locations. Hepatitis B & A vaccine for children born January 1991 or after and for school age children in the year before it is required for entry into school.  A parent or guardian over the age of 18 must be present at the time of immunizations.
