Center West
Health Center West is a
satellite clinic of the Oklahoma City-County Health Department.
It is another way OCCHD is attempting to promote health, protect
health and prevent disease in Oklahoma City and County. As a
satellite facility, the goal of Health Center West is to provide
quality, accessible and affordable community based services.
Outreach
Outreach is part of a
comprehensive prenatal system that includes education, prevention,
support and follow-up for women who need family planning, prenatal or
post partum care.
Top Social
Work
Social workers, in
fulfilling their role as members of OCCHD's interdisciplinary team,
conduct psychosocial assessments, provide short-term
counseling and assist with referrals to community resources to facilitate
optimal healthcare.
Top Adult
Health
The Adult Health program
helps to enhance reproductive health, improve birth outcomes and
reduce unintended pregnancies. Services include: pregnancy
testing, family planning, prenatal care.
Top Bilingual
Services
 Interpreters,
proficient in English and Spanish, are available to facilitate
communications.
