The
Director serves at the will of the Oklahoma
City-County Board of Health. The incumbent is
responsible for providing direction and supervision
of the agency, and recommending and developing the
overall strategy for responding to the public health
needs of Oklahoma City and Oklahoma County. The
employee also serves as the local public health
officer within the jurisdiction of Oklahoma County.
Requires: advanced degree, or Master’s or Ph.D., in
a health related field; 10 yrs. public health or
related medical field experience; and 5 yrs.
administrative experience in public health. Send
