Adult
Health: Adult Health
services are provided at Health Center West to promote reproductive health,
improve birth outcomes and reduce unintended pregnancies. Services
include: pregnancy testing, family planning, prenatal care, and early start contraceptives. For more information:

Child Guidance:
Child Guidance strives to improve the health of children through parent/caretakers
education, screenings, and consultation services with schools and
agencies. Child Development, Psychology, and Speech/Language are the
three areas in which services are offered. Classes, assessments, and
counseling is by appointment at several community sites county-wide.

Child Health:
Child Health serves to enhance the health development and well being of children and
to reduce preventable childhood disease. Services, including well-baby
and well-child clinics, WIC, Immunizations and infant care seats, are
also provided at satellite clinics across the city. For more

Health Center
West-Adult Health Services:
Health Center West is a satellite location at 4330 N.W. 10th Street, which
offers adult health services. Adult Health services include:
pregnancy testing, family planning, maternity clinic and WIC. For

Senior Services:
Senior Services provides
health education and referral services for adults 50 years of age and
older. We provide a self-management class entitled "Living a
Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions." The class is once a week
(2hours) for six weeks. Each class builds on the previous one, so each
participant is encouraged to attend all six classes. All classes are
free. Senior Services also has a volunteer program where seniors
can assist at OCCHD. If interested in volunteering, please call 419-4107

TB Control Center:
Tuberculosis Control Center is another satellite location at 400 NE 50th Street.
This program is responsible for the surveillance, control and prevention
of tuberculosis. Services include routine screenings, case evaluation
and oversight, and preventive health care. Staff specialize in case
management, community education, contact investigation, preventive
therapy and counseling clients. The primary objective of this program is
prevention and control of tuberculosis. For more
